As a young man, I was obsessed by the old concept of “bard.” Through journeys into wilderness and a practice of mentoring and learning from Earth-based lineages, my performances often bring forward the discourses of human connection with nature, with these transitional times, our ancestral history and it’s complexities of belonging to place and within culture, and our personal journeys within these movements.
